GenClique Aesthetics booking conditions
§ 1 Booking and confirmation
(1) Customers can make appointments by telephone, e-mail (booking@genclique.com), book online or in person.
(2) Each booking is confirmed by email. The booking is only considered binding upon confirmation.
§ 2 Date changes and cancellations
(1) Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed date.
(2) If the cancellation deadline is not met, a fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
(3) In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
§ 3 Delays
(1) Should a customer arrive late, GenClique Aesthetics reserves the right to reduce the treatment time accordingly in order to meet the schedule.
(2) The full price of the originally booked service remains unchanged.
§ 4 Advance payments
(1) Certain treatments may require an advance payment, the amount of which will be stated when booking.
(2) In case of late cancellation or no-show, the advance payment will be withheld in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
§ 5 Vouchers
(1) Vouchers can be purchased through our salon and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
(2) Vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash.
(3) Booking an appointment with a voucher requires that the voucher code be entered when booking.
§ 6 Liability for booking problems
(1) GenClique Aesthetics assumes no liability for bookings that have not been processed properly due to technical problems (e.g. email outages).
(2) Customers are required to contact us in good time if the booking confirmation is missing.
