Your Responsibilities
- Practice Organization: Ensure smooth daily operations, manage schedules, and coordinate the team.
- Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and train the team while assisting with personnel planning.
- Customer Care: Deliver a first-class customer experience, including handling inquiries and complaint management.
- Quality & Hygiene Management: Monitor compliance with all hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage invoices, financial statements, and maintain the customer database.
- Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Your Profile
- Completed education in healthcare or business administration, ideally with experience in practice management or organization.
- Experience in aesthetics or a strong interest in aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Proficiency in digital tools, MS Office, and practice management software.
- Fluent in German and Turkish (native level), with good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
