Your tasks:
- Friendly and professional support for our customers on site, by telephone and by e-mail.
- Assistance with aesthetic treatments as well as preparation and follow-up of treatment rooms.
- Management of appointments and maintenance of customer data.
- Ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
- Assistance with administrative tasks, including documentation and billing.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or comparable qualification.
- Interest or experience in the field of aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
- Sensitive, service-oriented appearance and team spirit.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Safe use of digital systems and MS Office.
- German language skills at native language level, English language skills are an advantage.
